As the Junior Product Manager/ Business Partner International, you will provide strategic marketing and day-to-day marketing planning, development, and execution for a variety of clients, while building and maintaining relationships with our internal program and marketing teams, to help us continue our growth as an impactful and international Business School.
The position will report to the Area Partner in the Marketing Department in Barcelona.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the marketing plans for the program
- define the marketing strategy
- define, implement and adjust marketing campaigns (SEM, Display, print, emailing, landings…)
- handle and update all production materials (brochures, delivery material…)
- website content
- annual planning and budget follow-up
- Understand the program needs and work closely with the director of the program to achieve their goals.
- Manage day to day client requests
- Monthly meeting to evaluate campaign results & follow up of next actions
- Analyze and report on marketing results
- Work closely with the Media agency and the Design Agency
- Participate in Digital Marketing projects
- Cultivate internal and external client relationships
- Ensure corporate brand coherence across all campaigns and materials
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Business Administration…). Major in marketing and/ communications or related studies is a plus.
- Significant hands-on experience (5+ years) and a proven track record of driving sales and growing revenue across paid search, paid social and display (including programmatic).
- 1-2 Years proven track record of running campaigns on AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads and Twitter Ads.
- Significant hands-on and professional experience running programmatic display campaigns with Double Click or other DSPs.
- Languages: English (Proficiency level) and Spanish
- Strong communication skills: ability to convince clients to implement best practices
- Advanced user of Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce or a CRM tool
- Proactive and excellent team player. Able to build and maintain strong and effective relationships with media owners and agencies, as well as with internal teams.
- Strategic thinking, detail orientation, analytical mindset, process-driven approach to tasks and projects and ability to work under pressure
