In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance and security of our cloud infrastructure and services. You will also assist in developing and implementing cloud solutions that meet the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, installation and configuration of Cloud Infrastructure (Azure).
• Perform routine maintenance and updates of cloud systems and applications, such as patching, backup, recovery, etc.
• Optimize Cloud Infrastructure configuration management using automation Tools (IaC).
• Support, maintain, configure and troubleshoot our zero-trust remote access solution and other applications
• Provide technical support and guide users on infrastructure and security-related topics.
• Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to ensure security alignment and integration.
• Support our OT Cyber Security Experts.

Your Profile

• First working experience in cloud operations or a similar role
• Energetic, proactive, and passionate approach, together with a keen sense of responsibility and
• ownership
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English (equivalent C1)
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud Platform and services and good written and spoken communication skills in German (equivalent B2) are desirable
