Next to our own sales organizations, the International Distributors Biscoff Team is managing a group of over 50 distributors from all over the world. The team actively supports distributors and global partners in their ambition to grow Lotus Biscoff to the next level in their country by focusing on excellence in sales, marketing, forecasting and supply chain. The international Distributors Team has offices in Lembeke, Baar (CH), Hong Kong and Sydney (AU). To support our International Distributor Biscoff team, we are looking for a Junior Business Controller ID to strengthen the Finance & Supply Chain team of International Distributors Biscoff® in Baar. You will be reporting directly to the Finance Manage ID & Lotus Bakeries International und Schweiz AG. You will be acting as co-thinking “business partner” for the International Distributors Biscoff® team strengthening the commercial organization starting from clear & accurate analysis. We are looking for a Hands-on, flexible and commercial-minded team player with a talent for multi-tasking.

- You will manage & improve an accurate reporting to monitor the commercial & financial performance of the Area.
- Your Commercial Controlling responsibilities include preparing the monthly reporting of the commercial figures to management with in-depth and insightful analyses, managing Latest Estimates and the budgeting process, including an in-depth follow up on marketing investments.
- You will assist in drafting the financial closing, tax submission & audit of our Lotus Bakeries entities in Hong-Kong, Australia & Canada with local accounting & tax partners
- You will make the necessary variance & profitability analysis per customer, product, integrate marketing & promotional effort
- We also count on you to create a standardized value chain & account management tool, provide competitive analyses of market prices and manage pricing risks.
- You will be facilitating the implementation of new flows with IT & other stakeholders from a commercial & financial point of view
You support the commercial organization in the daily BI and SAP applications
Profil
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
- A Master’s degree in Applied Economics or Commercial Engineering.
- A minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a focus on Business Controlling or Commercial Controlling
- A commercial mindset and strong analytical skills, topped with pro-active thinking and acting.
- Knowledge of reporting and controlling with enhanced skills in MS Excel.
- Fluency in spoken and written English
