About the Role

What you can do

  • In this exciting role, you will be responsible for audits on ICT topics throughout the Group and ensure compliance with the relevant compliance requirements, standards and procedures.
  • You will conduct interviews, analyse information, communicate the complex interrelationships to the auditees and report the findings to Swiss Post's Board of Directors.
  • You will identify weak points, assess the associated risks and develop optimisation proposals to increase efficiency and minimise risk.
  • You will ensure that the audit procedures are carried out properly in accordance with the audit programme and will maintain high quality standards.
  • You will also support the business auditors in the assessment of ICT activities and in the use of data analysis tools, both before and during the audits.
  • You will actively promote the transfer of knowledge within the team and get involved in internal projects for the continuous development of Group Auditing.

What you bring to the table

  • You are an ICT auditor or computer scientist and/or have several years of professional experience in operational IT, ideally in the area of cloud governance, operation and security.
  • In addition, you have already gained knowledge in the areas of IT governance, outsourcing, IT/cyber security, zero trust.
  • You have a university degree in the fields of business administration or business or computer science, ideally supplemented with further training (CISA or similar) or you are willing to complete one.
  • Good knowledge of the relevant standards and frameworks (e.g. COBIT, NIST, CSA, ISO 270xx, ISAE/SOC, CIS Controls) rounds off your profile.
  • You have a quick grasp, work in a structured manner and have a strong ability to work in a team.
  • You can present complex issues in a simple, understandable and target group-oriented way. In order to communicate with the various contact groups, you communicate very well in German, both verbally and in writing, and have a good knowledge of a second national language and/or English.
