Insurance is one of the main lines of work in the Business team of BBVA Italy and Germany. You will be part of the team responsible for building the insurance portfolio, both life and non-life, for BBVA in Italy and Germany, consolidating and evolving the current offering in Italy and developing the proposal for BBVA Germany.
Responsible for the integration of new products into the Insurance portfolio:
- Analysis of requirements and needs to be covered by the product.
- Support in the definition, analysis, and resolution of RFPs.
- Launch of the insurance partner/provider.
- Project sizing, task definition, and impact analysis.
- Internal coordination with Engineering, Legal, Finance, Risk, CRM, BI, Design, Research and Marketing teams for the proper execution of projects.
Responsible for managing the insurance partner/provider:
- Ensure the proper development and evolution of the business and the relationship with the insurance partner/provider.
- Monitoring of the project/initiatives in the daily operation with the insurance partner/provider.
- Monitoring the performance/objectives of the business with the insurance partner/provider.
About the job:
Degree in Business Administration / Economics or Legal, or demonstrable experience in the role, or in a similar position
Languages: Advanced English. Spanish/Italian/German desirable.
At least 7 years in similar positions: project management/account management for insurance related products.
Highly valued: experience and knowledge in legal considerations of insurance products in Europe.
