We are expanding the Intelligent Consulting Hub Team in Spain, and we are looking for experienced HR Transformation professionals. Talented, fun and collaborative people willing to bring added knowledge to our Talent & Organization practice

Joining the network of Accenture’s Talent & Organization professionals, within the Consulting Hub, you will have the opportunity to work with more than 300 clients in the Fortune 500 globally across 40+ industries. You’ll rely on our methodologies and HR assets and the whole variety of tools to support clients build and transform their Employee Experiences.

Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as an HR Transformation practitioner a typical project might include the below activities:


  • Challenge client HR practices and approaches by introducing proprietary Accenture assets and accelerators, such a GenAI, Chatbots, Metaverse and other experiences to shift cultures and Employee Experiences.

  • Supercharge Cloud HR Transformation by using Digital Adoption Platforms and leveraging our internal accelerators for better adoption of HR Technologies.

  • Continuously be ready to learn new cutting-edge HR Cloud offerings, Thought Leadership and methodologies in line with the fast pace at which Businesses are having to transform their HR practices, experiences and operating models.

  • Bring your whole self to work everyday where your ideas and your individuality are valued and make positive impact on our clients’ business and to the lives of the people they employ.

  • Understand and translate customer HR needs into effective business and digital solutions to enable long-term business success. Understand analysis of the as-is and to-be processes.

  • Design new HR processes based on customer requirements and conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder meetings.

  • Contribute and Manage HR transformation programs that prepare the organizations for the adoption of new business ways of working.

  • Execute programs, manage plans and/or deliverables with entrepreneurship.

  • Measure progress, impact and effectiveness of initiatives, review business readiness using Data Driven approaches and storytelling methods.


Here’s what you need:


  • From +4 years’ experience related to successful delivery of Digital HR Transformation projects.

  • Experience in Human Capital Management Software as a Service projects.

  • Cultural Sensitivity – proven experience having worked internationally with multiple countries and cultures.

  • Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) and knowledge of French, Dutch or German is considered a plus.

  • ServiceNow, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Eightfold Certifications (or similar) are a strong plus

  • Experience in HR Experience and Process Design, understanding of Operating Model and Org Design a big plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Strong project management skills including establishment of tracking and monitoring mechanisms, ideally with Agile Methodologies

  • Digital Dexterity - delivering end-to-end digital HR adoption by leveraging data to create personalized and segmented experiences for employees and customers. Knowledge on any of digital platforms within HR application such as SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday, ServiceNow, etc.

  • Curiosity for Generative AI for HR - manage discovery phase, define HR Business Cases and support Proof of Concept implementation and industrialization for HR

  • Digital native – you love enablement through HR Digital tools, delivery of HR Transformation projects with focus on HR Digital tools adoption (e.g. Phenom, Skyhive, Gloat, Eightfold or other best in breed).

  • You believe in Inclusion, Diversity & Equity - Familiar with ID&E principles in the design of Employee Experience and Digital HR Processes.
