Responsibilities:

  • Plan and lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles and/or processes that create speed and efficiency and support rapidly shifting business demands. To promote communication between departments and people
  • Work with leaders and employees to help facilitate relationships and foster a positive working environment.
  • Lead organizational change processes, identifying areas for improvement and their possible automation.
  • Identify the staff's skills and abilities, and how they can contribute to achieving the company's objectives.
  • Liaison between employees and management giving quick and effective feedback.
  • Coach business leaders on HR policies and processes, including talent planning, learning and development, as well as performance management to promote engagement and a culture of continuous growth and development.
  • Create, update, and ensure compliance with all necessary HR Policies. Ensure that all labour and legal aspects are met in all areas of HR.
  • Manage, together with the People & Culture Head, all aspects of employee compensation and benefits
  • Provide support and expertise in Human Resources for all activities related to the department.
  • Recruiting activities, with a strong focus on acquiring and retaining top talent and on building pipeline for future needs.
  • In short, knowing how to manage human capital in a dynamic way both for the teams and for the business organization itself.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in advising managers on human resource management and supporting the execution of projects
  • Experience in attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent.
  • In-depth knowledge of general HR activities such as remuneration, compensation and benefits, company organizational structure and labor relations.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Mastery of labor laws.
  • Management capacity, initiative, and proactivity
  • Teamwork and collaboration
  • Effective communication, empathic, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to establish priorities and multi-task efficiently within a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent Spanish and English language skills, spoken and in writing. Minimum of C1 level in English.
