A multinational company in Cork is now looking for a permanent Helpdesk Support Analyst.

The Job:

• Give direct assistance to end users related to tickets entered in the IT ticketing system.
• Investigate and troubleshoot software related IT problems.
• Operate with vendors on technical matters to prevent problems and optimize problem solving.
• Provide company wide support for all issues that arise within business systems.
• Understand where and how to get solutions required.
• Document software support activities thoroughly, accurately and in a timely manner.

Have you:

• 2+ years of experience in the IT industry with a conceptual understanding of IT principles.
• Troubleshooting experience
• 2-5 years’ experience incident handling experience with software applications, and MS Operating Systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Understanding of hardware and software
