CONTEXT & MISSION:

We are looking for a highly motivated Group HRIS Data & Project Manager to join our Group C&B and HRIS Team! In this role, you will support L’OCCITANE Group’s growth by developing the HRIS ecosystem on both data analytics and solutions. The Group HRIS Manager works in close collaboration with Global HRIS Master Data Specialist, regional & local key users of the different brands, Shared Service Center as well as IT teams (Squad Core IT and others) and the Global HR Business Process Owners.


The position reports to the Group C&B and HRIS Director and is based in the WHQ Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva), Switzerland.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


HR Data analysis (60%):

  • Upskill & animate a global HR data community to augment our data reporting capabilities,

  • Analyze large data sets & produces recommendation in terms of causation & remediation

  • Prepare and promote use of Key HR indicators among all perimeters

  • Partners with business leaders to help them experiment and measure solutions to their issues

  • Produces dashboards and analytics and helps business units building their own custom data analytics set

  • Contribute through analytics tools to strategic Group projects with a strong data dimension, such as CSRD, Pay Transparency, B-Corp certification, Living Wage certification


Group HRIS roadmap coordination (40%):

  • In close collaboration with IT Teams and HR Business Process Owners (Core HR, Learning & dev, Talent Acquisition, etc.), oversee and follow the roll out of HRIS Group roadmap so as to ensure Group compliance and efficiency

  • Promote Group standards in digitalization of Key functional HR processes to increase consistency and facilitate monitoring at Group level

  • Support regional and local HR actors in their HRIS requirements and advise on how to correlate them with HRIS new solutions or improvements

  • Works alongside the IT department to perform regular assessments of HRIS

  • Ensure the efficiency and UX quality of SuccessFactors together with all HR BPOs (the Global HRIS Master Data Specialist being product owner of SF Employee Central)

  • Collaborate in projects of connectors/integration set up between HRIS tools on the functional domains

  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications

  • Discuss and ensure the successful HRIS integration of newly acquired businesses and brands,

  • Animate the HR community together with IT Teams on HRIS domains so as to maintain a good level of trust and engagement in the HRIS ecosystem


HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • +7 years’ experience in a multi-brands and/or international company as lead/owner of significant HRIS (ideally SuccessFactors)

  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools and programming languages, such as Excel, SQL or other statistical software

  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, to create compelling dashboards and reports

  • Advanced understanding of general HR processes, procedures, controls, regulations, and compliance requirements

  • Ability to easily calculate, compute, organize, understand and solve numerical and quantitative problems

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills leading to effective problem resolution

  • Strong planning and project management skills and ability to apply these skills in different types of organizations

  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills with a consultative approach

  • Fluent in English & conversational in French

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders and lead by influence

  • Strong appetite to educate and enable peers

  • Strong team player, open, positive and “continuous improvement” mindset, pragmatic approach with a strong business acumen

  • Reliable, rigorous with strong organizational skills

  • Ability to deal well with ambiguity and on-going change of plan and at ease in a multisite and multicultural environment
