Job Description:

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer with Weltec, you will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and contribute to projects that shape the future of our industry. You will play a pivotal role in project progress reporting, commissioning, coordination, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to develop electrical designs and plans for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Assist in the execution of electrical projects, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
• Conduct analysis and calculations to support project requirements, including load calculations, circuit design, and equipment selection.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, such as technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Ensure that electrical systems and components comply with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety standards.
• Work closely with the project team, including mechanical engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective project delivery.
• Assist in the testing, commissioning, and quality assurance of electrical systems, ensuring they meet performance expectations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering to contribute innovative solutions to projects.
• Complete safety and quality documentation in line with Weltec Engineering Limited's Policies and Procedures, maintaining a strong focus on ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Strong academic performance with a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Basic knowledge of industry-standard software tools (AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc.).
