Global Watchmaking Trainer

Job Summary:

As a Global Watchmaking Trainer, you will be responsible for training after-sales repairers and sales staff across the world in the various TAG Heuer service centers, ensuring they possess the necessary expertise to provide exceptional customer service in watch repairs and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Strategy Development:

Define the training strategy and planning for the service centers, aligning it with organizational goals and objectives. Design didactic training content with the technical team using videos, pictures, and presentations. Collaborate with regional technical leads to gather insights and to keep them informed about technical novelties.

Watchmaking Training:

Deliver specialized training sessions dedicated to in-house movements, novelties, and specific technics for certified repairers as well as the subsidiaries. Provide a detailed assessment, report, and certificate for each trainee. Manage the logistics and maintenance for all the necessary products, parts and tools for each training session.

Retail support:

Train sales trainers and boutiques staff on bracelet adjustment techniques, technical support, and watchmaking knowledge to enhance customer satisfaction and sales effectiveness.

Masterclass Animation:

Organize and lead customer masterclasses to provide in-depth knowledge of our watches. Engage participants through interactive demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and Q&A sessions to enhance their understanding and appreciation of watchmaking.

Repairs & Diagnostics:

Support occasionally the workshops with urgent repairs by completing repairs, overhauls, and diagnostics. Provide on-the-job coaching to the technical and administration staff to help them in their daily tasks.
