GES Manager West Europe Materials (M/F) on a permanent contract

Reporting to the GES EMEA Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the Materials business in the UK, France and Spain, including all services provided by the Global Enterprise Services (GES) department. You will be responsible for providing strategic financial advice and ensuring compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.

Your main missions:

  • Conduct and execute financial analyses and forecasts to assess the company's performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Present accurate and timely financial information, reports and analyses to WEM's senior management and, in coordination with MFS, to regulatory authorities.
  • Identify any financial risks, such as credit risk, legal proceedings, etc., and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide financial information and recommendations to support the company's strategic decisions, such as investments, acquisitions or any other strategic project.
  • Represent GES and manage its relationship with WEM's senior management, ensuring transparency and effective communication regarding financial performance and business opportunities.
  • Encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement within the GES and business areas.

Your profile:
With a master’s degree in accounting, finance or management, you have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in the field of building materials.

Proficiency in French and English is essential (Spanish would be a plus).
You are versatile, have in-depth financial expertise, are able to analyze complex data, and successfully complete projects in a constantly changing environment.
You have excellent communication and high-level interpersonal skills, are able to unite teams and lead cross-functional projects.

The position is to be filled as soon as possible in France, England or Spain.
