Job Description & Summary

Your tasks

• You will, together with the team, source high-impact projects and engage with senior stakeholders from high-profile clients in a broad range of industries such as Pharma & Life Sciences, Financial Services, Retail & Consumer, Industrial Products and Public Services.
• You enable your clients to innovatively leverage their data by proposing holistic end-to-end solutions, ensuring the successful delivery and value generation in accordance with the clients’ needs.
• You help your clients to advance digitization by gathering their requirements and proposing state of the art solutions.
• You question the status quo, seek the information you need, understand the challenge at hand and communicate your ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• You apply and continue learning best-practices in technology, data engineering, analytics and consulting approaches.

Your profile

• You have a degree (bachelor / master / diploma) preferably in business informatics, computer science, physics, mathematics or any engineering discipline.
• You have 7+ years of work experience focusing on data engineering, analytics or automation. Consulting experience is a plus.
• You have experience in sourcing, preparing and delivering end-to-end solutions to internal or external clients
• You are proficient in multiple programming languages such as Python, R, SQL or similar
• You pay attention to detail, have strong problem-solving skills and are technology proficient.
• You have excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills and you are proactive and enthusiastic about delivering value to clients.
• You are fluent in German and English and are willing to travel within Switzerland, and occasionally also internationally. French language skills are a plus.
