We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator 50% - 60% to join our team in Fribourg. This is a limited contract for 6 – 8 months. In this position, you will be directly reporting to the Customer Service Teamlead.

Key Tasks

Inventory Management

• Ensure the proper execution of merchandise management in accordance with the instructions in place
• Ensuring the physical integrity of the goods in stock with the data in the ERP’s. Make lists and checks on the integrity of the stock
• Error message handling in the ERP between the data exchange of the affiliate and distribution center
• Master data handling
• Optimize flows
  
  

Purchasing

• Overview and management of the material Requirements Planning, Purchase Order creation & follow-up
• Non confirmed PO’s, Late deliveries, Security Stocks, Destruction reports, Forecast check and follow-up
• Masterdata Purchase
• Supplier reports, Critical material lists
  
  

Project

• Take part in different projects in the above-mentioned areas of activity
  
  

Customer Service

• Support the Team Colleagues in Customer Management (ordering, invoicing, support) and administrative tasks.
  
  

Your Profile

The knowledge and skills necessary to perform the duties of this position are typically acquired through the following combination of education, experience and knowledge, or the equivalent.

• You have a Commercial Education
• You have several years of experience in purchasing, stock management & distribution
• You speak English / German or French will be an advantage
• Knowledge of SAP/ Word / Excel would be an advantage
• Customer focus
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Be proactive and willing to take initiative
