Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate with talented development teams to design and implement technical solutions.
• Continuously enhance our applications to align with business and IT goals.
• Solve user challenges and support their needs with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ensure seamless integration of innovative applications into existing systems.
• Maintain high standards across all aspects of application performance and security.

Your profile

• A solid grasp of business processes and technical requirements, coupled with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proficiency in database technologies, such as Oracle and PL/SQL, and strong programming skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent professional certification.
• Ideally two years of experience in an agile IT environment where adaptability is key.
• Excellent communication skills, with English proficiency (German and French are a big plus).
