Job Details
South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS), is an aircraft maintenance engineering services company with 450+ employees supporting Ryanair’s engineering function in Italy.

We are looking for a dynamic Admin Assistant who will provide high-level administrative and financial support to the Management.

Responsibilities:
Provides administrative/financial support and assistance to the Management.
Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports and documents.
Schedule meetings, takes notes and records minutes.
Performs office tasks including maintaining records and ordering supplies.
Working on ad hoc projects.
Supporting Finance Department.

Requirements:
Fluent in English and Italian (both written and verbal).
PC Skills (Adobe, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point etc).
Strong organizational and time management skills to deal with swift changes and tight deadlines even under stressful situation.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Education and Experience:
High school diploma required.
Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
At least one year of related experience required.
Financial background preferred but not essential.

Location & commitments:
Monday-Friday , 8.30 -17.30
Based in Grassobbio (BG)
