Your Role

As an Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of our client relationships, ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service. Your responsibilities will include:

Collaborating closely with the Account Executive during the Free Trial, to understand clients needs and elaborate an adapted strategy

Building and nurturing trust-based, one-to-one relationships with your clients

Providing valuable insights and recommendations to empower your customers

Offering training to make clients self-sufficient in utilizing our services

Onboarding new accounts and activating existing accounts, by pushing new features

Managing end-to-end relationships with clients, including support and service

Conducting regular reviews with clients to ensure their needs are met

Negotiating contracts, renewals, and promoting Carts Guru in a competitive marketplace

Identifying and developing new revenue generation opportunities with existing clients

Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Success


Qualifications:

3-4 years of minimum experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Sales Account Manager in the tech industry, specifically in the French market

Native level of French is required (the job is 100% in this language ), and professional proficiency in English. Spanish will be considered as a plus

Hubspot experience is a must
