Our People Advisory Services business (PAS) is focused on people management and our vision is to help our clients get it right in all its facets. PAS has three key pillars: Transformation (Workforce Advisory), mobile talent and workforce enablement (Integrated Mobility) and transactions (Reward). In Workforce Advisory, where this position is located in, we help organizations put talent and purpose at the heart of their transformation agenda.
To further strengthen our Swiss People Advisory Services team, we are looking for Consultants to Senior Managers to join us in our Zurich, Geneva, or Basel office.
The opportunity
As a member of our Change Team, you will be working with high-profile clients and leaders to identify additional solutions to increase transformation projects and strategically partner with various customers to identify learning needs and possible solutions for organization, departments and individuals.
Your key responsibilities
Collaboration with our clients to improve their workforce experience in transformations, system implementations, or process changes
Support the acquisition of new customer projects, work closely with the client to apply state-of-the-art change methods and find custom solutions
Help our customers to make digital transformations comprehensible and tangible for their employees and organization, to analyse the different aspects of change and to implement the appropriate measures
Support in the end-to-end acquisition of new customer projects (e.g., preparation of content and commercial offers, participation in customer presentations, etc.)
Assumption of project or workstream responsibility across all phases of a project: From offer to analysis, planning, conception and implementation
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for this role, you must have
2 to 12 years of relevant consulting or industry experience (hiring at all grades) in change management
Strong familiarity with innovative change tools/methodologies, e.g., visualization techniques, personas, design thinking and agile change management
Strong presentation and facilitation skills and a clear team spirit, flexible thinking, and willingness to travel
Willingness to learn and grow as part of a young and motivated team
Ability and passion working in a team
S/4HANA experience is an asset
Proven track record in set-up and roll-out of initiatives and programs covering human centred change
Proficiency in English is a must; French, German, or Swiss-German is an asset
