About The Role

As Admin Operations Iberia you will be responsible for the administrative management for our technical service in Iberia.

Main Responsibilities Will Include

  • Promote service products to our customers and work to establish strong relationships and a thorough understanding of their needs.
  • Gather information on daily repair, training and deployment activities.
  • Analyse and capture relevant data as requested, detailing areas of improvement, trends and other necessary analysis.
  • Generation, adaptation, and review of service contracts in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Establish effective relationships with internal and external customers in an excellent manner.
  • Effectively manage spare parts and perform detailed stock inventory checks.
  • Support work order reviews, interface, and dispute drafts through ServiceMax, LOTS or any successor system.
  • Alignment with other teams (Warehouse, Logistics, Field, etc.) regarding the management of DB owned instrument and spare parts requests.

About You

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of office 365
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce serviceMax is a plus)
  • Intermediate english level
  • Fluent Portuguese is a plus
