Keylime Consultants have partnered with a market-leading Workday Customer in Zurich, and we’re looking for a new Workday Core & Advanced Compensation Lead to join their HR Technology team.

This is a permanent role, hybrid in Zurich and paying up to around chf 150,000 DOE + bonus and benefits. Relocation from abroad is supported for the right candidate.

A fantastic opportunity to join a reputable organisation with strong market presence across Europe, supporting the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of Workday within the business.

As a Workday Compensation Lead, you will take responsibility for Core and Advanced Compensation as part of a dynamic and evolving HR Technology team. You will manage the entire Compensation process within a complex set-up in Workday, supporting projects in your and other related areas, including a large upcoming job architecture re-design. You will liaise with stakeholders at all levels within the organisation and based in different European countries, ensuring that their requirements are efficiently translated into Workday configuration.

Workday Compensation Lead – Requirements:

  • Outstanding knowledge, including configuration skills, in Workday Core and Advanced Compensation
  • Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM and Security
  • Experience of any other HCM module would be considered a plus
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in English is a must; knowledge of German or French will be an advantage
  • Availability to work in Zurich at least twice a week
