Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs, maintenance inspections, maintain and optimize processes, tools as well as machines and systems within the area of responsibility
  • Pass on information on deviations to the next supervisor
  • Keep machines and equipment, the workplace, and the surrounding environment clean
  • Co-responsible for creating tool condition reports
  • Set up tools and production machines within your area of responsibility
  • Timely inspection and approval of tools for production
  • Responsible for the proper documentation of stamping tools
  • Maintain spare parts in the SAP system
  • Report necessary spare parts procurement and install and adjust spare parts
  • Commission new tools and machines

Education

  • Successfully completed vocational training as a tool mechanic

Work Experience

  • Professional experience in a comparable position
