This position reports to

Service Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for receiving telephone and written service requests from customers and internal departments. You will also be responsible for planning and scheduling our technicians for commissioning, maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting. The working model for this role is hybrid. #LI-Hybrid You are mainly responsible for • Making appointments and coordinating between customer and technician • First point of contact for our technicians and customer technical clarifications • Procurement of material required for service calls and maintenance of our spare material stock • Reworking and documentation of service calls • Support in preparing quotations (primarily service calls) • Support with invoicing

Qualifications for the role

  • Completed basic training in the technical field
  • Professional experience in a comparable position (dispatcher, technical support or as a service technician) is an advantage
  • Experience in the field of power electronics desirable
  • Fluent German, knowledge of English and French an advantage
  • Good MS Office user skills
  • Experience with SAP an advantage
  • Good communication skills
  • Independent, responsible and customer-oriented
