As an internationally oriented commercial law firm, we advise and represent companies in all aspects of commercial law. Our offices are located in the Prime Tower in Zurich West.

We are looking for an open and service-oriented person who enjoys working in the field of knowledge management as of January 2025 or by arrangement. You will support the legal specialists through the use of modern technologies by evaluating and implementing innovative legal tech tools including AI. You will also maintain and develop our internal know-how through training for all employees and thus make a decisive contribution to increasing the efficiency and quality assurance of our services.

What you move:

• Evaluation, implementation and maintenance of tools to support legal research, creation of legal documents and project management
• Reviewing, negotiating and managing contracts with legal tech tool providers
• Development and implementation of training courses for employees on the effective use of know-how tools and resources
• Organization, updating and maintenance of the internal know-how collection
• Optimization of internal processes to increase efficiency and quality assurance

How you convince us:

• Completed legal training
• Professional experience as a lawyer and/or knowledge manager in a commercial law firm
• Very good IT skills: proficient in the MS Office suite and experience in the use of AI tools
• Very good knowledge of English and German, knowledge of French appreciated
• Knowledge of data protection law is an advantage
