The Marketing Manager we are looking for will be responsibe for creating and executing the Marketing and Communication strategy of our Brand Systematika through internal and external channels including Company website, PR& media, digital campaigns, social media channels, virtual and in-person events.
The ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator who can work across the team (local and international) and external agencies to increase the brand awareness of the company and create new leads to the sales team. Successful candidates will have recent relevant Marketing communication experience, professional English, creativity, problem solving skills and sense of collaboration.
Responsibilities:


  • Create and coordinate the development of impactful content for SWO blog channels, social media, digital and traditional media channels, company website
  • Monitor, manage and report on social media and other digital channels, for both general brand awareness and to support specific marketing and sales campaigns.
  • Develop an editorial calendar based on strategic goals, business needs, service launches, announcements and events.
  • Capture, document and share customer wins, case studies, references and testimonials.
  • Lead the project management for all aspects of SWO’s in person, virtual, and/or hybrid customer conferences, to deliver events on time and on objectives. Manage the day-to-day communications and activities with external vendors, event partners and agencies
  • Own the relationship with PR agencies to maximise SWO external communications exposure: articles, interviews, thought leadership. Project manage subject matter experts timely availability and quality of contribution.

What we need to see from you:

  • Experience in marketing communications, PR program, media and social media engagement, preferably from the technology industry
  • Excellent program and project management skills, experience and track record, preferably in the field of information technology or similar fast-paced industry
  • Demonstrable track record of defining and executing highly effective content marketing programs.
  • Proven experience in organising and running corporate events, customer workshops, webinars.
  • Advanced practical knowledge of large-scale in person and virtual conference practices, vendors, sourcing procedures, and event logistics working with third party agencies
  • Outstanding verbal and written skills.
  • English-native speaker or equivalent proficiency.
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in managing a variety of internal and external content producers to ensure their deliverables are clear in message, on-time, and on-budget
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo or Hubspot
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, time-management, and process-creation abilities
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize according to urgency and/or business need
  • Strong proficiency in team collaboration and project management tools including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Yammer
  • Travel approximately ~15%
  • Hybrid work model requires office presence 2 to 3 days per week.
