Requirements

You have 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in a SaaS or product company

You have in-depth knowledge of design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD

You have experience in creating wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes

You have practical experience in developing and maintaining design systems

You have a deep understanding of user-centered design methods (user-centered design, design thinking)

You can translate complex requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces

You have experience in conducting user research and deriving design decisions from the results

You are a strong communicator and can work with different stakeholders

You have basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and basic frontend technologies

You work independently and have a high degree of organization and independence


Tasks & Responsibilities

You design user-centered interfaces for our web-based solutions

You develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes

You build and maintain a design system that ensures a consistent user experience

You conduct user research, including interviews, surveys and usability tests

You work closely with developers, product managers and other stakeholders to translate requirements into optimal designs

You analyze existing processes and identify optimization potential
