What you’ll do & Who you are Adevinta is seeking a talented corporate finance professional to join its capital markets team. You will serve as a trusted partner to the Head of Capital Markets in managing the company’s capital structure and financial risks. Key Responsibilities
- Support the team in the operational management of the Group debt facilities and associated derivatives, including managing the interest payments and reporting obligations.
- Manage foreign currency forecasts and make proposals to management on the FX strategy and execute FX deals via FXALL.
- Collaborate internally to develop and improve cash flow forecasting with a cash focus mindset.
- Support with the intercompany funding framework and cash repatriation initiatives.
- Continuously work to improve and automate processes across Treasury and broader finance in collaboration with accounting teams.
- Support on various transformation projects across the business.
Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance or another quantitative subject.
- At least 5 years of experience as a corporate finance professional in a Treasury or Capital Markets role.
- Experience with debt capital markets, funding, M&A and/or complex group structures is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently while being able to contribute and collaborate successfully with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional analytical skills, independent judgment, a desire to learn, and an ability to take on and prioritise a wide variety of complex matters.
- Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure, tight deadlines and to manage the expectations of internal & external stakeholders.
