Das Ziel der Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Temenos Specialist who has initial experience in the banking industry and exposure to core banking systems. This role offers the opportunity to grow into a Temenos expert through comprehensive training and hands-on experience. As part of our structured development plan, you will receive dedicated support and training on the Temenos Transact platform, leading to mid-term growth into a fully proficient specialist.

Jobübersicht:

Responsibilities (duties included but not limited to the below):

• Assist in the implementation, configuration, and support of the Temenos Transact platform.
• Participate in hands-on coding and development of banking solutions within Temenos (T24).
• Collaborate with senior team members on various projects and ongoing system enhancements.
• Engage in the troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues related to the core banking system.
• Gradually take on increased responsibility as you grow your knowledge and expertise with Temenos

Erfahrung / Fähigkeiten erforderlich:

Experience/Skills Required:

• First Banking Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the banking sector, ideally with exposure to a core banking system (Temenos experience is a plus but not mandatory).
• Banking Knowledge: A basic understanding of core banking processes and systems implementation.
• Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to develop expertise in Temenos Transact through structured training and mentoring.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze issues and propose solutions in a technical environment.
• Technical Curiosity: Interest in developing skills in key Temenos modules such as T24 Accounting, SWIFT, and other relevant modules as part of the learning plan.
• Communication Skills: Fluent in English with the ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Openness to learning new technologies and approaches in a dynamic environment.
