As the successful candidate, you will join the Creation Hub Europe and contribute to the client’s project development cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Know and apply QHS&E Plant rules.
• Coordinate between planning, production, quality, CX and all stakeholders to achieve best lead time for hyper care and co-pré-ship orders.
• Co-pré ship order follow up and execution from order entry to shipment.
• Ensure smooth and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Know and apply business rules.
• Urgent requests and escalations close follow up.
• Active participation to root cause analyses in case of non-conformance complaint.
• Back up issues to skillful person and hierarchy if needed.
• Actively participate to sampling operating procedure creation /review.
• Ensure backup of co-préship operator and occasionally of sampling planner.

You Bring:

• Excellent communication and team building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Skilled at working in a fast paced environment open to constant change in demands.
• Ability to collaborate easily.
• Professional written and verbal communication (French and English).
• Good system and analytical skills (good knowledge of EXCEL is required).
• Familiar with SAP system specially Production module.
• 2 years’ experience in this field is a plus.

• Ability to show versatility: from planification/scheduling to sample preparation and packing.
