Summary:

Senior Business Intelligence Analyst is responsible for daily activities related to Supply Chain processes and Advanced Analytics tools ensuring that stakeholders have the right and accurate metrics & dashboards. Applies sophisticated knowledge of the Business Intelligence field to establish best of class policies, procedures, and plans in order to support on expansion of analytic platforms, continuously drives capability improvements to turn data into business insights and acts as a gatekeeper for report and dashboard built.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Support on development and execution of a comprehensive data analytics platform roadmap and strategy
  • Responsible to identify, perform root cause analysis and support end users on issues related to Anchor App tool (A customized web tool that supports SET forecast and SET Ordering process within JnJ Orthopedics organization)
  • Partner with IT to support on new developments or enhancements for Anchor App tool. Coordinate weekly team meetings, generate test scripts in QA environment, run UAT activities
  • Support on Anchor BOM governance activities, master data clean up processes and training material
  • Develop, improve and maintain existing SQL queries and Alteryx flows that are used on data automation activities
  • Responsible to coordinate and complete all weekly/monthly updates for metric dashboards and prepare data inputs for Alteryx flows, Tableau and Power BI tools
  • Improve training material and process documentation for existing Alteryx flows and Power BI dashboards
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain Planning team on capturing feedback about solutions that improve visualizations and existing Analytics tools on SET Fcst and SET Deployments
  • Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team



Qualifications

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required with preference in Supply Chain, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science
  • A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience required.
  • Experience in Supply Chain Planning is preferred.
  • APICS certification (CPIM, CFPIM or CIRM) preferred.
  • Project and Program coordination experience is required.
  • Skilled in data extraction and summarization from large datasets using SQL is required.
  • Great knowledge on Integrated data technologies (ex. Tableau/Power BI data analytics, web-based data flows, SAP/Alteryx technologies)
  • Professional experience in Plan / planning systems (APO and OMP) & ERP systems with a solid understanding of E2E processes preferred.
  • Experience in using and working with JnJ Anchor App tool is highly preferred
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience working in the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Consumer Products industry preferred.
