The Opportunity
As part of our Marketing & Healthcare Transformation Cluster, you will play a vital role in translating market and customer segment insights into strategies and priorities to serve patients and our customers. Your objective is to provide data-driven recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain industry expertise to drive growth and transformation at RDCH.

Your Role: As our Market & Customer Insights Partner, your primary objective is to provide data-driven recommendations for RDCH's growth.

  • Conduct market research and customer segment analysis to identify growth opportunities that shape RDCH’s commercial strategy

  • Keep track of evolving and newly emerging global and local market trends

  • Maintain an high level overview of our customer segments, anticipating their development and assessing risks

  • Develop and communicate competitive intelligence, and ensure it is considered in strategic business decisions

  • Own the annual business planning: In collaboration with the organisation, develop and communicate commercial and strategic priorities

  • Build and maintain networks with key healthcare stakeholders and customers to gather critical information

  • Exchange learnings and build a supportive network with other Roche affiliates, global and regional functions

  • Driving change: As a trusted expert and thought leader for data-driven Insights, you relate quickly to the needs of different parts of the organisation to facilitate change towards data-driven decision making

Who you are

  • Demonstrated experience in quantitative and qualitative market research and strategic project leadership, ideally in an agile setting

  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills, combined with the ability to visualize and communicate complex information

  • Ability to connect to people and their needs quickly

  • Master's degree in relevant fields (scientific, digital, data science, or business); MBA or an advanced Life Sciences degree is a plus

  • Proven experience in in-vitro diagnostics, with expertise in core customer segments such as Hospitals, Private Labs, or Medical Practices as a plus

  • Fluency in German or French and English is mandatory for this role
