We are looking for a Security Culture & Awareness Lead to drive SIX's security awareness initiatives, ensuring that our people are equipped with the skills and mindset to mitigate risks. What You Will Do

• further develop a comprehensive, tailored security awareness program
• drive a security-focused culture through events, workshops, and check-ins
• develop engaging materials and simulations to strengthen secure behaviors
• collaborate with teams to embed security best practices organization-wide
• continuously evaluate and adjust the program based on feedback and threat trends

What You Bring

• extensive experience in security awareness and building a security-focused culture, with a deep knowledge of security principles and human-based threats
• exceptional communication skills for presenting complex security concepts in an engaging, simplified way to various audiences, including executives
• creative and team-oriented, with a strong customer focus and motivation to design impactful security training and initiatives
• skilled in organizing tasks, analyzing data, and adapting security programs based on metrics to foster a security-first mindset across the organization
• good oral and written knowledge of German and English, Spanish a plus
