Fund Accounting and Client Reporting, Officer- German Speaker Who we are looking for

We are looking for a candidate with accounting and reporting experience and strong German language skills to join the IFRS Reporting Team.
The candidate will bring strong communication, analytical and technical skills to the role to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of IFRS reporting to customers.

This role can be performed in a hybrid model, where you can balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements.

What you will be responsible for
As Accounting and Client Reporting Consultant for IFRS you will

  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of client's financial statements for IFRS institutional funds. The role involves coordinating and planning client deliverables and ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are achieved.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of accounting and reporting processes for Alternative Investments, ensuring that each process is suitably designed and operationally feasible; in compliance with regulatory and internal risk control requirements
  • Proactively look for solutions to client requirements to improve the process and reduce or simplify manual processing's
  • Actively participate in internal and external IFRS projects
  • Interact extensively with clients, to discuss deliverables and to help keep clients informed of changes that can affect their financial accounting and reporting.
  • As required, take responsibility for operational tasks (release-upgrade, fund events, intercompany transactions, ad-hoc queries)

Education & Preferred Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or above in business, economics, finance, accounting or related field
  • Good understanding of financial services and investment products
  • Experience with the SimCorp Dimension back office system is an advantage
  • Experience transforming IFRS standards into business requirement specifications is an advantage
