About the DWS P.A.C.E. graduate program
Our 2-year P.A.C.E. ( P roactive, A gile, C urious and E ntrepreneurial Graduates ) program consists of a technical training period and is followed by four six-month rotations within your assigned division, where you will have the opportunity to implement your technical training in a practical setting with expert guidance.


You will:

  • Gain a deep insight into how the Corporate Functions support and enable the success of the firm.
  • Be part of the Global P.A.C.E. community.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of colleagues across different departments.
  • Challenge the norm and contribute your own ideas and improvement suggestions.

About Coverage Switzerland (as part of Coverage EMEA ex Germany & Austria)

Coverage Switzerland provides asset management solutions based on the individual risk, return and liquidity preferences of the client in our home market. In order to provide the best service for our clients, the division is structured along the following 3 core segments:

  • Institutional Clients
  • Wholesale Clients
  • Alternatives

We offer all sorts of investment products and tailor-made solutions for those clients stemming from the active, passive, alternative or solutions platform. We serve institutional clients as well as a large number of wholesale clients in Switzerland. To service these clients in the most comprehensive way, we have a strong working relationship with Insurances, Pensions and Distributors.

As our DWS Graduate you will support the different teams by:

  • Maintenance and development of Swiss German insurance companies and pension funds
  • Close cooperation with the institutional sales team on existing relationships with insurance companies, pension funds and consultants
  • Support the Head of Pension Funds as well as the Head of Insurances on daily client servicing tasks
  • Develop Tier 2 insurance companies and pension funds from scratch. Management of the entire sales value chain from cold call to client on-boarding.

We’re looking for:

  • A team player with a curious mind
  • Strong German and English language skills (additional Swiss German will be advantageous)
  • Someone with a keen interest in financial services
  • You will need to have graduated in either 2024 or 2025
