Job Title: Digital Advertising Manager – Social Paid

Job Overview:

The Digital Advertising Manager – Social Paid will take ownership of both the strategy and hands-on execution of our social paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others), while ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business strategy. The main goal of this role is to drive high-quality leads and maximize ROI through data-driven paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between creative messaging and performance optimization to drive engagement and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Paid Social Strategy & Implementation: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive paid social media advertising strategy that aligns with overall business goals, focusing on lead generation, brand awareness, and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
  • Campaign Optimization & ROI: Optimize all paid social advertising campaigns to drive maximum ROI, using advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and ad formats to reach and convert the right audiences. Continuously monitor and refine campaign performance to ensure budget efficiency and goal achievement.
  • Target Audience Segmentation: Utilize detailed audience insights and segmentation to ensure that ads are targeting the right users. Leverage demographic, behavioral, and interest-based data to craft tailored campaigns that reach both broad and niche audiences effectively.
  • Creative Messaging & A/B Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and videos that resonate with target audiences. Implement A/B testing on creative assets and messaging to optimize for engagement, conversions, and cost efficiency.
  • Cross-platform Expertise: Manage and optimize advertising efforts across multiple platforms, understanding the nuances of each platform's advertising tools (Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, etc.) to ensure best practices and platform-specific strategies are used.
  • Lead Quality Focus: Ensure that campaigns are generating high-quality leads by refining targeting, messaging, and audience strategies. Work closely with the sales team to ensure that the leads generated align with business objectives and convert into revenue.
  • Analytics & Performance Tracking: Use data and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to track campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations. Provide regular reports on KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Budgeting & Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate paid social advertising budgets effectively, ensuring that resources are spent on high-performing channels and audiences. Adjust spending based on performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement in results.
  • Emerging Trends & Best Practices: Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in social media advertising, including platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting capabilities. Identify new opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with other digital marketing team members to ensure paid social campaigns are aligned with broader marketing strategies. Ensure social paid efforts complement organic social, content marketing, and other digital channels to create a cohesive brand presence.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience managing paid social media campaigns, with a proven track record of driving high-quality leads and optimizing ROI across multiple platforms.
  • Paid Social Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Instagram Ads, Snapchat Ads, and other social media channels. Expertise in campaign set-up, optimization, audience segmentation, and ad performance tracking.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform campaign optimization. Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, or other ad-tracking software to evaluate performance and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative & Strategic Mindset: Ability to collaborate on creative messaging and ad development, while also thinking strategically about how to optimize campaigns for performance. Experience in A/B testing and iterating on creative and messaging to improve results.
  • Performance & ROI Focus: Proven experience in driving results with a clear focus on ROI, lead quality, and cost efficiency. Ability to continuously improve campaign performance through meticulous optimization.
  • Cross-platform Management: Ability to manage campaigns across multiple social media platforms, understanding how to adjust strategies based on platform-specific features and audience behaviors.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, marketing colleagues, and leadership to align paid social efforts with broader marketing initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications: Facebook Blueprint, Google Ads, or other relevant certifications in social media advertising are a plus.
  • Multichannel Experience: Familiarity with how paid social integrates with other digital channels, including email marketing, organic social media, SEO, and influencer marketing.
