Description
Risks & Compliance is an independent division which monitors the Bank’s activities to ensure they are fully in compliance with all relevant laws, rules and regulations while always keeping a close eye on clients’ risks and interests. The division is involved in the management of all the Bank’s operations, monitoring its activities to keep them within the defined risk framework, and participates in the approval process for new developments in products and services. It is dedicated to supporting our Bank business lines at the same time as protecting the Bank’s interests and reputation.
Mission
Working within a group wide dynamic Compliance Change environment Assist the Compliance Change Team to review and rationalize our compliance processes and supporting IT tools
Main responsibilities
Review key operational processes to see if these can be enhanced using process modifications or IT solutions
Help the Compliance Change Team and the Compliance Team to assess existing and new Tools
Be the point for contact for new AI Compliance technologies.
Define and build and prototype solutions to trial and then move within BAU if fit for purpose
Help define key Operational KRIs, KPIs
End-to-end project management when required
Personal skills
Excellent communication and project coordination ability Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills Fluent in English and French
Education
- Education: Bachelor Degree
- Technical skills: Information Systems and Digital Innovation, or Business Analytics programs
IT Tools: SQL, PowerBI, DAX, Python
Experience
- Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
- Experience required: A minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in Process reviews, Tool development, Reporting Extensive and detailed understandings of Banking processes ideally within Compliance WMgt Extensive and detailed understanding of management operational processes Ideally worked in a Bank or a Consultancy firm previously
Experience in private banking: Preferred
