Job Description

• Design, implement, and manage a Platform as a Service (PaaS) and core infrastructure services.
• Contribute to defining the technical and functional roadmap for platform features and infrastructure.
• Utilize Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices for fast deployment in cloud and on-premise environments.
• Set up and manage CI/CD infrastructure to enable automated application deployment.
• Establish cloud operations best practices, including monitoring and disaster recovery planning.
• software engineering best practices (e.g., automated testing, code reviews, documentation).
• Embrace agile methodologies throughout the development lifecycle.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Local experience is mandatory
• Swiss or EU citzienship is mandatory
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes or OpenShift.
• Proficient with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Oracle).
• Strong understanding of container development, Kubernetes Operators, and Helm.
• Experienced in automation tools like Terraform, Terragrunt, and Ansible.
• Familiarity with streaming platforms and databases like Kafka and PostgreSQL.
• Solid knowledge of Linux and networking fundamentals.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in French or other European languages is an asset.
