Air Logistics Customer Care is part of a team in the Customer Care Center responsible for coordinating transport activities
Your Role
Stage Level for CCL daily job Deal with customer onboarding and implementation to ensure to transfer customer requirements into KN systems so that Operational Care & Global Services are clearly informed about deliverables Qualify customer inquiries and provide quotations within corporate guidelines for pricing, up-selling, and requisite follow up and closure
Your Responsibilities
Manage the monitoring of customer shipments in order to provide with proactive updates to customers and with problem solving (by collaborating with other stake-holders) in anticipation of a customer complaint
Your Skills and Experiences
- Great analytic and organization skills
- Good knowledge of English
- Persuasive
