Wealth Management (WM) As it plays such a major part in our strategy, we are investing significantly in Wealth Management to fuel our growth, particularly in Europe (onshore), the Middle East, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Asia. Mission

Assist the relationship manager(s) EAM in serving the bank’s external asset managers, in compliance with the Bank’s internal regulations and guidelines.

Main responsibilities

• Support of dedicated RMs in all their activities
• Support team for execution of client instructions received through team email inbox
• Processing of all daily bank activities for external assets manager and their managed end clients (stock exchange & FX orders, fiduciary deposits, payment orders, etc.)
• Calls with EAM clients
• Take over dedicated tasks for EAM team
• Contact with back office of Geneva headquarter
• General administrative support & trouble shooting; e.g. account openings and closings, credit card applications, document renewal exercises, ensuring that contractual documents signed by the clients and the supporting paperwork are up-to-date and comply with the Bank’s internal directive

Education

• Education: Diploma Certification: Banking apprenticeship, CYP, or similar
  

Experience

• Years of experience: 3-7 : intermediate
• Experience required:
• Experience as an assistant/account manager in Wealth Management is required for this role
• Strong banking knowledge (CYP, CWMA, etc.) Experience in private banking: Mandatory
  

Language

• German: Mother Tongue English: Fluent
