Location: Bussigny Contract: Temporary full-time contrat of 6 months Duration: From January 2nd until June 30th About Decathlon Switzerland: Since 1976, Decathlon has pursued its mission: "Moving People through the Wonders of Sport." Decathlon is a global company with nearly 105,000 teammates, 2,000 stores in 70 countries, 85 product brands, and 40 industrial processes. Our Swiss journey began in 2016 with the launch of our website and gained momentum with the opening of our first store in Neuchâtel in 2017. Since then, the project has grown significantly, and we now have nearly 1,000 employees working across our five sectors (Logistics & Supply, E-commerce, Finance, HR, Communication, and Retail), supporting 30 stores (including three new openings in the last six months). Your main challenges: You will collaborate with the Head of HRBP and HR Data Mentor to leverage HR data in supporting processes, forecasting workforce needs, optimizing retention, providing strategic support to Decathlon Switzerland, and implementing the new HRIS tool (Workday). - HR data analysis: Build one HR tool gathering all HR data (recruitment, people development, payroll & talent management). To use data to identify past, current and future trends. - HR data forecast: Analyze data to forecast staff needs on a monthly basis. - Attrition analysis: Define the main reasons of teammates’ attrition and work on the plan to mitigate this risk with the HR BPs and to decrease the attrition rate below 15% in 2025. - Support to strategic decisions: Build deep analysis and provide recommendations based on data for the HR team. - Workday implementation: Support the HR team in the implementation of Workday and other local HR tools.
