Position

At Loro Piana, we are looking for a committed HR Business Partner based in Porto San Giorgio (FM) who will be involved in all the HR processes for the shoes production plants.

Purpose:

As an HRBP, you will support managers to drive workforce performance, providing front line support in the areas of talent, employee engagement, organizational efficiency and change. You will be able to interface effectively with professionals at all levels of the organization, from the Shoes Management team to highly skilled craftspeople. You are someone who encompasses strong eye for industrial business and matters, excellent communication and influencing skills, critical thinking and planning/project management abilities, as well as the demonstrable track record to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Furthermore, you will assess the human resources needs in terms of headcount, company culture, organizational design, compensation, and leadership development whilst driving the appropriate solutions in these areas.

Job responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure the efficiency and quality of our recruitment process;
  • Drive a 360-approach in management people, spreading empowerment culture, identifying strengths, and coaching talents whilst implementing development and performance improvement;
  • Support the development of the organization in line with the evolution of the business;
  • Supporting the annual budget and forecasting process definition. Prepare monthly and annual reports in collaboration with the HR Operations & Administration Teams;
  • Ensure accurate implementation of compensation and benefit policies; handle annual reward review process; identify retention risks and draw consistent reward actions;
  • Support in litigation and disciplinary cases;
  • Sustain welfare, diversity and inclusion policies;
  • Maintain compliance with legal and contractual provisions within the labour law, health and safety and code of ethics guidelines;
  • Ensure an accurate and timely management of SAP HR Information, according to Loro Piana and LVMH Group internal processes and systems;
  • Facilitate HR communications and reporting.

Profile

  • University Degree in Work and Organizational Psychology, Business, Economics or related studies. A MSc in HR degree will be highly appreciated;
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR industrial contexts, preferably in the Luxury sector;
  • Ability to influence and work successfully with key cross-functional partners and the senior leadership team across the organization;
  • Outstanding customer focus and dedication to continuous improvement; ability to proactively network and establish effective working relationships;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-disciplined and motivated to create new things, used to work both strategically and hands-on, balancing high quality long-term achievements and quick wins;
  • Shows proactivity and curiosity;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint;
  • Proficiency in both Italian and English.
