We support our clients in every step of their investment process through three complementary ranges of expertise: Research & Development, Investment Solutions and Asset Management. SPARK, our proprietary tools platform, powers everything we do.
With more than 100 employees in Geneva, Zurich, Lugano, Paris, Monaco and London, we now want to consolidate our rapid growth, both through ambitious projects to strengthen our structure and new developments.
Within SILEX, you will be responsible for developing the private assets segment, particularly private equity and private debt.
This mission notably comprises the following objectives:
As a very first step Identifying suitable distribution partners, such as asset managers specialized in the field whose actual or white labeled offering could be distributed by our sales teams.
Origination: Identifying relevant companies at different stages from the first series to preIPO including co-investment cases,
Financial analysis: Evaluating investment opportunities through financial modeling and comparative study,
Due diligence : Coordinating due diligence processes (financial, legal, operational analysis),
Transaction support : Preparing pitches and investment documents related to marketing, active participation in marketing efforts including clients meetings,
Follow-up on deals : Ensuring timely follow-up and reporting for already booked transactions.
You will be able to benefit from the support of the different teams in place:
- The Advisory & Research team for the study of business plans and the comparison of cases to the listed markets,
- The Structuring team for its expertise in securitization and its ability to make cases investable for a maximum number of investors,
- The Legal & Compliance team for the transaction contractual framework.
The development of the private equity offering represents an important growth driver that will allows us to serve an existing clientele with a broader range of products, leveraging the advantages of our Advisory & Research organization.
At least 7 years of relevant experience including private equity / debt roles
Fluent in English, French is a strong advantage, German a plus
