Key Accountabilities:

Working closely with Global Supply Chain Excellence team, the Global Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling Lead is in charge to develop the Global solution and implement at all Lonza sites :

  • Plan: establishes, maintains & drives a global Detailed Scheduling solutions deployment plan for LPBN production sites.

  • Do: Develop Global Scheduling process, tools and roles, and coordinate the implementation in LPBN sites. This includes ensure training is developed and implemented in the community.

  • Check: Secures the global templates incorporates the main site requirements for production planning, and the alignment of those requirements with the Integrated global planning solution. This also includes coordinating and leading all aspects of the advantages and efficiency of change.

  • Act: Develop implementation plan in cooperation with Global Supply Chain CoE, site area leaders and SMEs. Elaborate in cooperation with each Site area leaders the transition plan of current Processes, Tools to the future Global Integrated Scheduling solution.

  • Animate: Supports the development of a Global learning & exchange community of guides, acts as ambassador of integrated Supply Planning solutions, promotes solutions and their success stories, enables change and finds solutions when conflict occurs, promotes learning and recognizes achievements

  • System Owner : SAP MRP, SAP IBP, OMP and other Supply Chain planning tools

  • Integration Owner: CPQ to Planview, Planview to SAP ERP, SAP ERP to IBP, IBP to BW and BW to IBP

  • Support Business in developing and operating supply chain planning process from IT perspective.(Demand planning, Supply network planning, S&OP planning)

  • Leads the planning team to deliver Supply Chain projects, change requests to guarantee the operations.

Key requirements:

  • Degree in Chemical or Administrative fields, or equivalent experience, with a strong supply chain background in a site environment.

  • Demonstrated expertise of at least 15 years in various Supply Chain site functions, with a solid emphasis on planning and scheduling processes.

  • Masters APICS CPIM professional standards. Domain expert for Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling.

  • Ability to establish and track project delivery. Demonstrable experience in successfully leading multiple global and complex projects concurrently.

  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts

  • Effective communication and expression skills, ability to clearly articulate ideas in a concise manner

  • Demonstrable skill in effectively leading and mentoring individuals across various levels of the organization.

  • Ideally a manufacturing or technical experience demonstrating a self-starting and hands-on quality

  • Superb communication skills to lead and support empowered employees and leaders in a multi-cultural team environment.
