In a nutshell, we need to be agile. That is why our central expert teams are organized in multi-functional teams working in Scrum to develop our brand products portfolio & activation campaigns. This agile framework is here to foster continuous improvement, iterative approach, collective intelligence and on-going prioritization to focus on what brings more value.
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior 360° Communication Manager (CDD) based in our Headquarters in Plan-Les-Ouates (Geneva).
You will be part of an agile cross-functional team (working in Scrum) called the Face Care Squad. The Squad mission is to develop and elevate our Face Care expertise while promoting the brand DNA.
This team is responsible for the development of the Face Care product offer and 360° campaigns for omnichannel strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate closely with multi-functional team to define & develop the face care strategy using a 360° and consumer-centric approach across all channels (omnichannel opportunities) to strengthen brand presence and image, drive recruitment, and enhance consumer loyalty.
- Lead the development of 360° communication campaigns by participating in the briefing, production, and delivery of 360° assets, ensuring alignment and consistency across all touchpoints (online and offline). You will manage the relationship with key internal departments or agencies, overseeing project timelines and budgets to ensure smooth execution.
- Be in charge of the redaction of comprehensive 360° toolboxes for both campaigns and always-on activations to ensure brand consistency across markets and channels.
- Coordinate with local markets to ensure alignment with global strategies, while gathering local insights to refine and adapt the approach, ensuring market relevance and effectiveness.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights based on qualitative and quantitative data to optimize the impact of 360° initiatives.
- Support the team in improving existing tools & ways of working (agile).
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in communication or operational marketing, ideally as a communication project leader with a brand or in a local market. Experience in the cosmetics sector is a plus.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Expert in all MS Office softwares (Excel, Powerpoint focus).
- Deep understanding and passion for online marketing strategies, concepts, and best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, thriving in a team environment and able to build relationships across departments and external partners.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a positive, proactive attitude.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize, plan, and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
