Job Description

• Lead maintenance and compliance efforts to ensure SAP services meet the company needs and SAP's maintenance strategy, optimizing costs.
• Contribute to S/4HANA transition, focusing on maximizing the value of SAP Services, especially for finance (FICO) and HR (SuccessFactors).
• Ensure project designs and resource estimates align with SAP standards and the organization's goals.
• Oversee SAP service changes, infrastructure upgrades, and collaborate on seamless operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and help resolve SAP-related incidents.
• Stay updated on market trends and SAP innovations, particularly regarding SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors.
• Analyze supplier roadmaps and end-of-life cycles, providing recommendations for action.
  

The Successful Applicant

• Strong experience in S/4Hana transformation projects
• Experience in managing SAP cloud solutions (Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur) & SAP services within a SIAM framework
• Understanding of FICO OR HCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English - French is a plus
