About our client

Our client, a Swiss-based foundation, is looking for an investment professional to work closely with the Head of Real Assets, focusing on global investments across a broad spectrum of real assets funds and co-investments. You'll play a pivotal role in advancing the development and implementation of the real asset investment strategy, managing and monitoring existing investments, and assessing new opportunities. What the job involves

• Support the management of existing assets, including attending manager meetings, buy/hold/sell analysis, and performance tracking
• Source and evaluate new investment opportunities, maintaining a network of manager and agent relationships
• Conduct market research, provide actionable insights, and support market pricing assessments
• Assist in due diligence and reporting for real asset investments

Who we are looking for

• Proven track record in an investment management role, ideally focusing on analysing/investing in infrastructure or natural resource funds
• Quantitative mindset to measure the value of decisions, with the ability to build, interrogate, and maintain complex financial models. Preference for candidates with programming abilities (Python, R)
• Strong desire to build a career in the real assets space
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team
• History of strong academics from leading institutions
