CONTEXT & MISSION:


In the context of the new multi-brand approach, we are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Project Leader Travel Retail Europe to join our Travel Retail Department. You’ll be a key contributor within the TR team, accountable for building and driving the regional marketing plan to grow brand across client’s portfolio in TR Europe. You will define brand’s strategy for the region, based on global guidelines but adjusted to distribution and regional needs. You’ll lead your brand from strategy to retail excellence and flawless execution. You’ll build a strong relationship with your regional partners, and be the point of contact, supporting and enabling the Commercial Team.


This position is based in Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to Global Travel Retail Brand Manager.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:


1 – SUPPORT BRAND MANAGEMENT

  • Support the Brand Manager in co-building the appropriate GTR Brand tools (Marketing Bible, Listings, Brand Presentations, Digital toolboxes, VM Guidebook, Launch Notes…) to ensure an excellent brand management over the months

  • Co-develop brand campaigns with MKT regional partners & drive regional adaptations

  • Participate to Brand Media Campaign deployment (selection of locations, assets development…)

  • Co-lead Regional Events (TFWA, client’s meetings, opening events…)


2 – LEAD REGIONAL BRAND GROWTH

  • Ensure brand image and Global messages are respected in EU region and aligned with brand standards

  • Pilot the execution of the Trade Marketing strategy in line with Brand guidelines and Go-to-Market strategy in close collaboration with Commercial team

  • Lead regular performances reviews (Regional snapchat: SI/SO analysis, top clients, top products, novelties listings) to provide insights and recommendations on the portfolio management including TREX kits

  • Partner with regional demand planner for MOB, forecasts follow-up & accuracy on novelties


3 – DRIVE RETAIL EXCELLENCE (Offline & Online)

  • Lead brand deployment/acceleration (permanent & animations) and ensure excellent POS execution in close collaboration with Commercial, SDVM, L&D & Operations teams

  • Drive the design and development of strong 360° on HPPs/SPPs confirmed with retailers ensuring maximum consumers engagement & conversion (including GWP strategy)

  • Support sales team with dedicated tools to maximize sell-out sales (best practices sharing, new initiatives…)

  • Build an adapted digital marketing strategy, CRM and e-commerce plan with retailers (where to play & how to win) including finding synergies from offline to online to enhance brand visibility


4 – BRING TEAMS ON BOARD

  • Foster cooperation with Global Brand and knowledge of local operations in order to accelerate the brand building exercise in the region and maximize omni-channel synergies

  • Build a strong & trustworthy relationships with TR peers (ONE team), and regional brand contacts

  • Strengthen client-centricity – strengthen client knowledge, adapt proactively ways of working and collaboration to meet customer’ requests and change in behaviors


HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • +4 years’ experience in Marketing / Trade Marketing ideally in the cosmetic industry

  • 1st experience in Travel Retail is mandatory

  • Fluent in French & English

  • Self-organized, proactive with a high level of autonomy & entrepreneurial spirit and an excellent ability to multi-task, establish priorities and manage deadlines

  • Strong customer centricity mindset and business acumen, results focused

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal & communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively and develop strong relationships across functions

  • Appetite for change and challenges and at ease in an international fast-paced environment with remote & multicultural teams

  • Available to travel up to 10 %;
