Cochlear has an opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, the successful Marketing Coordinator will support and coordinate activities within various areas of our Marketing Communications and Consumer Marketing teams in the Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) region. This role will focus on collating, editing, and coordinating written marketing content for deployment through various campaigns and channels, helping to grow sales revenue by targeting new and existing customers as well as support and coordinate communication related activities, especially in the frame of product launches Responsibilities are:
- Collaborate with global, regional, and local Communications teams to gather existing material/content and adapt them for EMEA Consumer Marketing campaigns.
- Ensure all content complies with EMEA regulations through established review and approval processes.
- Develop project plans, schedule timelines, and manage priorities and workflow distribution.
- Ensure quality across materials, producing error-free work (content, process, documentation, file management).
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Provide project feedback and updates, flagging issues and helping to identify possible solutions.
- Maintaining the EMEA image repository and coordinating external suppliers.
- Creating, producing, and distributing the EMEA Cochlear Family quarterly marketing newsletter, including editing of videos
Key requirements:
- Bachelor or comparable Higher Education in Marketing and/or Web Publishing.
- Ideally Min. 2 years total work experience (including internships) in marketing/communications, project coordination, writing, editing of marketing content ideally.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in international matrix organization and external agencies.
- Familiarity with digital content production and video editing
- Editing and copywriting skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and project management skills.
- Experience handling multiple projects under strict deadlines.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- MS Office, WordPress, AI tools
