Your Job — Your Passion

• As a team lead and mentor, you will lead our quality assurance teams and oversee strategic development in the context of automated test frameworks, tools and scripts to support the software development lifecycle of our customer solutions
• You work closely with our development teams to understand requirements and risks and translate them into effective and efficient automated test scenarios
• You have experience in implementing automated tests for REST APIs and web applications that cover both functional and non-functional quality aspects such as performance and stability
• You drive the continuous improvement of our testing processes by incorporating innovative testing strategies and technologies
• You contribute to the identification, analysis and prioritization of errors and anomalies and work closely with the development teams to enable timely resolution
• You apply industry best practices, tools and technologies in the area of test automation to improve the overall testing process

Your Profile — Your Strengths

• You have a degree in computer science, software engineering or a related field, as well as in-depth experience in software development, ideally in the area of test automation for REST APIs and/or web applications
• You also have proven leadership experience in a testing environment, with the ability to motivate teams and lead them to peak performance, and are familiar with agile methods (Scrum) and tools such as JIRA, MS Teams and Stack Overflow
• You are experienced with test automation tools, frameworks, and designing and implementing automated test cases, and have the ability to independently understand complex relationships in software solutions
• You have excellent communication skills, are fluent (at least B2 level) in both German and English, both verbally and in writing
• You take a proactive approach to problem solving, always with a focus on continuous learning and improvement in quality assurance
• Certifications in quality management, experience in working with offshore or nearshore partners, and knowledge in the financial services sector are advantageous
