CONTEXT:
Within the L'Occitane En Provence Global Hospitality Marketing Team, you will support the growth of the Hospitality channel (hospitality products mainly sold to premium hotels, airlines, gym, restaurants…) through the creation of communication and media assets, as well as the implementation of trade marketing activations worldwide. You will also drive brand awareness through the Hospitality luxury channel to reinforce the positioning of L’OCCITANE en Provence as a key leader, offering a complete memorable experience to guests & partners.
You will report to the Head of Marketing Hospitality & Spa.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
I. COMMUNICATION AND PR MEDIA (25%)
Build and develop 360° Hospitality campaigns in line with brand identity and hospitality industry needs:
- Define and update the Hospitality communication plan to match marketing plan and brand’s larger plan, as well as trends from the hospitality world
- Briefing of creative assets (lifestyle visuals, pack shots, videos) with internal creative teams, co-organization of specific shootings with them
- Build the PR strategy to maximize our visibility externally, in collaboration with an external consultant specializing on this channel (create PR, support the roll out, monitor and analyze performance), for print and online global publications and local travel press publications
II. DIGITAL (25%)
- SOCIAL MEDIA
- Develop social media content and strategy especially by preparing LinkedIn posts for our sales team to create a strong team of internal ambassadors
- Monitor and analyze the performance of LinkedIn posts from our sales teams to consolidate reports
- Influence on local & global internal marketing teams to showcase on their platforms (especially Instagram & LinkedIn) content related to Hospitality
- Create emailing campaigns to showcase our novelties & channel news to external clients
- PAID MEDIA AND ADVERTISING
- Manage and execute media plan and strategy to raise brand awareness on paid media
- Develop LinkedIn advertising campaigns
- ECOMMERCE AND WEB
- Manage the Hospitality website (spa.loccitane.com), which is our external window for our potential and current partners: manage front and back office (Shopify) ; create, upload and update the content
- Update regularly the content and marketing information on our Hospitality website specific for clients’ orders (Salesforce)
- Conduct Google Analytic reports
III. TRADE MARKETING/OPERATIONAL MARKETING (50%)
- Work together with the product development project leader to support product launches with adapted 360° tools (pack shots, sales presentations, novelties toolboxes)
- Create and regularly update marketing tools to support our commercial team worldwide (catalogue, prospection presentation, training tools…)
- Develop merchandising & creative tools for innovative projects, hotel partners requests, trade shows, events…: leaflets, social media content, brand’s description, event proposals etc.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand business needs and support specific trade marketing requests from them
- Follow regularly hospitality trends and understand business needs to adopt customer centric mindset, build a proposal on specific Hospitality media and newsletters to follow
- Event: co-organization on the annual Hospitality & Spa seminar
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- +3 years of experience in Communication and Marketing, with strong knowledge in digital & social media platforms (especially LinkedIn and Instagram), and ideally with PR topics
- A previous experience in either luxury, beauty, hospitality industry is a real plus
- Fluent in English and French
- Creative, curious and passionate about communication concepts – in a luxury environment
- Organization skills and attention to details
- Proactive and solution oriented, with a high level of autonomy
- Strong team-player with excellent collaborative and communication skills, with the willingness to work in an international fast-paced environment with remote & multicultural teams
- Flexible and agile, with an appetite for change and challenges
- Strong interest in environmental topics
- Video-making skills are a plus
- Some travel will be required, up to 10% of your working time
