Your tasks

• working in the caretaker team
• Maintaining the functionality of the technical equipment and the buildings
• Regular inspection of technical equipment (e.g. EMA/BMA/sprinkler control panel) and, if necessary, carrying out maintenance measures and repairs
• Coordination and instruction of tradesmen and maintenance companies
• Carrying out winter service and maintaining outdoor facilities according to duty roster
• Implementation of work orders according to requirements
• Participation in renovations and construction projects within the scope of personal suitability
• Creation and maintenance of checklists and weekly reports for work performed
• Careful handling of the technical equipment of the caretaker's office (workshop and machines)
• Identify defects, correctly pass them on and, if necessary, organize and repair them independently
